as you may have deduced, Hh is on a show-playing hiatus at the moment. we are, however, continually grateful and psyched that you guys download and purchase and play and (most important) seemingly enjoy the 12”!
i (talya Hh) figured i would use this platform to let folks in NYC know that both of my new bands are playing our first shows on consecutive days this weekend?!
first, on Friday DAD’S HOUSE is playing with the mighty McDonalds who are playing their last show (SAY IT AINT SO), and What Next? (members of Cause Co-motion!, German Measles, & the Beets), and Time Crisis both of whom are also playing their first show.
DAD’S HOUSE also includes Jenny from the Surprisers and Sarah from Wetdog and we cover Nikki Sudden and Male Nurse. this show is at Serge’s house, message if you want the scoop.
second, on Saturday, IN SCHOOL is playing at 538 Johnson with Omegas, the Boston Strangler, and Creem.
IN SCHOOL also includes world-famous blogger/Wild Isle co-honcho Bidi, former MRR coordinator Glnr Nkpr, and blazing guitar solos by Yumi. we cover Agnostic Front and the Urinals.

Oh wow! About a month late in noticing this, but super-excited over here that Veronica of longtime fave M’lady’s Records jammed “Desperate Times” on episode #20 of her awesome podcast, Cease to Exist!. This is really just an excuse to tell you all to listen to Cease to Exist! and check out the Hysterics 7” on M’lady’s, a straight rager.
In Hh-related matters, the 12” will be shipping to preorders within the next week or 2, and updates about the very limited cassette release of Items, with artwork by the amazing Milano Chow, will be forthcoming.

we are psyched and proud to let you all know that Items will be released in 2 tangible formats:
our friends at wild isle will release a cassette sometime in the next month or two.
dull knife records from houston, tx will be putting out a 12” towards the end of this year/beginning of next year.
